From the very first to the very last moment, every staff member treated us in a wonderfully warm and personal way! The friendliness and service were excellent, especially Concierge Luky, Rara from the Guest Relations Team, Dewi for the amazing massages, and Executive Sous Chef Julio Petrus for the outstanding signature dishes! The luxurious, beautiful, and stylish hotel surpassed all our expectations, especially in terms of sleep comfort and facilities. IKN (Nusantara) surprised us with its innovative, sustainable, green, and responsible architecture that reflects much of the archipelago’s symbolic culture. It was fantastic to cycle through the city at sunrise on the rental bikes, passing the highlights. Luky even guided us around the impressive city with a fantastic personal tour and supplied plenty of background information. Despite the city still under construction, we experienced no (noise) disturbance from building works. It was a strange experience that when we visited IKN (aug 2026) there was almost no traffic or other visitors/residents. Our three‑night stay was an unforgettable, delightful experience!
