We had two double rooms: mine had two single beds, while my friends’ room had a double bed. The air‑conditioning didn’t work; it stayed at 16 °C with a horrible noise and the staff couldn’t turn it down, so they had to remove it. The mattress was sagging and the sheet was 90 cm on a 1.35 m bed, dirty. When we asked for a clean sheet, the staff said they weren’t authorized or didn’t know where the sheets were, so we slept without them. The room was 107. Today my friend spoke with the manager or owner about the issue and they were friendly. For the double‑bed room I’d give a 6; for the single‑bed room I’d give a 0.

The room was very old, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, the window faced a small courtyard where the outdoor air‑conditioning units were, and the heat was unbearable—one dreadful night.

Quiet and close to Seville, but the furniture was very basic and some slats were missing or loose on the mattress. Still, for a few hours it was enough.

“Muy mejorable por el precio”

Good location and 24‑hour service, but the beds were old and I almost fell because the frame had broken supports. I had to fix it myself because it was late and we only stayed one night.
