The location was excellent. There was a lot of privacy because your bed is in a small cubicle with some space to leave small bags and clothes, enclosed by a curtain. It could have been a bit cleaner and renewed, but nothing too bad.

The spot was spot on in the heart of Carthagene and the staff were great, but the hostel was only decent. We were woken in the middle of the night by someone who found cockroaches on their stuff, and a staff member came over and said they knew there were a lot of cockroaches but nothing was being done. On top of that, we had our clothes washed in the hostel’s laundry and found a few garments with holes.

It has a lot of style, the staff are very kind, and for a hostel it offers good privacy. Everything was very good.

The mattress was comfortable and i didn’t have trouble with showering despite the other reviews. Location is great. Cockroaches - the kitchen was disgusting. If you’re planning to cook here (Cartagena quite expensive for travellers) then I’d look somewhere else. There were insects all over the countertop, pans, table etc and the staff didn’t really care. Cockroaches in our cabin and in the chill out area too
