“Total package .”

The towels, pillows and comforter were spotless and white. The buffet was fabulous. I love the lamp shade with a built‑in charging port for phones and laptops. The staff were honest and accommodating. Everything you could need was available—toiletries, slippers, hair dryer, fridge, electric kettle, etc. The location is hard to find, but Waze helps.

“Not going back, Japanese Buffet is not aunthentic, not really a japanese cuisine or even the Ramen”

The restaurant staff were proactive in serving, and room service was quick. I booked specifically for a quiet room because I work nights and sleep in the morning, so I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, but I was given a lower floor near a backup generator and housekeeping storage where they come in and out loudly. I called the front desk to ask them to keep it down in the hallway, but they only replied “Ok Sure” without apologizing.

“Puede ser un buen lugar pero esta vez ha sido bastante nefasto”

La instalación, el personal , la habitación. El baño. Siempre humedo, pido un cambio de habitación aun asílenciosa y me dan una habitación con varias baldosas rotas vistas a unas ventanas muy muy ruidosa el refrigerador roto. Ya he pasado de pedir cambio

They finally gave me a good room this time, but the parking remains extremely slippery, especially when they add water and soap, leaving it wet most of the time.
