On the booking site I booked two standard double rooms for 760.000₫, but when I checked in and paid I had to give 900.000₫, a difference of 140.000₫. The hotel owner said I had booked the ground floor, yet the app didn’t show that clearly as the owner claimed. I wasn’t as cheerful as other hotels that show who the owner is. The second thing I want to point out is that the owner asked me, “Do you know what day it is today?” I think I’m illiterate, so the owner asked that, which made me avoid staying here. The owner treated me as if I were wealthy and disrespected me, seeing me as illiterate. He also arbitrarily charged the booking difference.

The hotel was old and dirty, with a damp, moldy smell that my daughter and I had to mask with oil to get rid of the room’s odor. The carpet was filthy and still had other guests’ hair on the bed. The room was cramped, stinky, and damp.
