We loved the hotel’s location, the warm and welcoming service, and our beautiful and comfortable room. Isabella was especially helpful, giving us excellent local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The spacious shower was a great surprise, and the breakfast was outstanding, both for the quality and variety of the food and the beautiful setting. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The only issue was the lack of hot water for several hours, unfortunately on the morning of our departure. We understand that technical problems can happen, but given the inconvenience, we would have appreciated some gesture of compensation from the hotel

The staff at the lobby and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, but the elevators were a hassle.
The location was excellent, allowing you to walk to all the main sights and reach the farther ones by metro or bus that stops at the door; the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great, so I recommend it.
