Everything inside the apartment was very clean, but outside the premises it was quite dirty, which is unfortunately the neighborhood/ city. We didn’t meet any staff, but everything was communicated beforehand. We had no problems checking in or out and could leave our luggage in a video‑monitored area after departure.

Self‑check‑in was fine, but for two people with luggage it felt a bit cramped. The elevator only started working from the first floor, so we had to haul the suitcase up one floor. After check‑out you can leave your luggage on site, but it’s in the area that all guests can freely access.

The place was within walking distance of Naples main station; the airport to station hop takes a 5‑euro bus. The surroundings were fairly tidy and calm, even at night, so the stay felt comfortable and secure. Breakfast had coffee and a pastry on the ground‑floor café, which was a pleasant touch. The room was very clean and the host replied to all messages and requests promptly and politely. There was nothing truly problematic; the only suggestion would be to have a personal blanket instead of sharing one.
