“Convenient stay and great staff”

The lobby looked nice and the staff were super helpful, committed, and friendly. Our suite was spacious, though the street‑level location of the room wasn’t ideal. We never used the terrace, and the rooftop pool was tiny but still pretty to glance at. For breakfast we headed to a nearby bar; the location was fine and the food was good. The hotel is very close to the beaches (we took a car) and near Palma center, and not far from the airport. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel, so it was just right for us. We lost an item, but the staff found it and arranged DHL for us—really great! The room’s view was from Main Street, which was a drawback.

“Prodloužený víkend”

The location is strategic—just a short walk to the beach and a bus stop to the center. The staff were more than amazing, tried to accommodate and even surprised me for my birthday. The beds are fantastic and the room has everything you need and more. Breakfast is served in a nearby bistro, which is fine, and the selection is pretty varied; you can order anything in any quantity, and it’s very tasty with service. During the day the hotel offers a small snack corner—fruit, water, coffee, yogurt, and sweets—that pleases everyone. Unfortunately, right at the start we were “forgotten” about the fact that the air conditioning had been out for several days, which was a real problem. Our windows faced a noisy street directly above the bus stop, so the nights were awful. We tried to create a breeze by opening the balcony door and the bathroom door, which didn’t help comfort. At a price of almost 10 000 per night we’d expect more comfort. And the “pool” is more of a marketing gimmick; with a size and depth of 50 cm it’s more of a splash pool.

“Very disappointed that the Aircon was out of order for 5 days, considering how hot Palma is.”

The beach is close and the staff are friendly, but the place is far from decent restaurants; those nearby are pretty dingy. The breakfast restaurant, which is separate from the hotel, was not great. We had no air‑conditioning for all five nights because it was out of order. The staff apologized a lot, but it was never fixed during our stay, which was really disappointing.
