Friendly staff made everything easy, and the bed was big and comfortable despite the hotel being only two stars. The bathroom was a bit smelly even though we had already washed there; I’m not sure where the odor came from, but it wasn’t strong.

The location is close to Tanjong Tokong and Batu Feringhi, with the Gaia hotel situated between the two areas. It looks like an old building but is still fine. The carpet near the staircase at the back smells bad and should be replaced, and the pillow on the double bed in the ground‑floor room is a bit hard.

The only thing that pleased me was that someone liked it. The rest was too small, the room was cramped, the wardrobe was missing or too small, the air conditioner was slow to respond, the connection was laggy, and overall it was just a bit too cramped for a comfortable stay.
