The staff were fantastic and kind, always ready to help. The room itself was fine, but I expected an option to turn the air conditioner on or off; instead, only a fan was provided, which worked well. A minor mosquito problem arose, but the staff resolved it immediately when we mentioned it.

The hotel was spotless and calm, and I could hear faint chatter and birds from my window without it being disruptive. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, polite, and always smiling, so I’ll definitely return. However, the name “nature Kigali” fits because the place feels very natural, with minimal amenities—no AC, no refrigerator, no intercom. The air stays cool enough that it doesn’t feel hot, and the staff are always within reach.

The property sits off the main road in a lovely neighborhood. The breakfast staff and restaurant team are very kind and helpful, and the food is excellent. The photos on Booking don’t match reality, which is unacceptable. The green space in front of the building is actually a paved parking lot, and the garden belongs entirely to the restaurant. Events happen all the time, so it’s fairly loud. A room with a balcony actually means a balcony outside the room, overlooking the covered playground that belongs to the restaurant. The focus clearly leans toward an event venue rather than a hotel.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner’s husband was very pleasant and gave us a lot of useful information. The room is very spacious but lacks character and could be better furnished.

The terrace, restaurant, breakfast, and staff friendliness (except at reception) were all good. The reception was terrible when we arrived. We had also booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony is not connected to the room—no use at all.
