The hotel is close to the Plaza Norte terminal and the shower provided enough hot water. However, the room next to the highway was super noisy; they did offer silicone ear plugs to help. The pillow was very hard because it was covered by hard vinyl under the linen, giving a weird feeling.

The welcome was very good and they could accommodate late arrivals. Even though I didn’t speak Spanish, the person who greeted me took the time to translate everything for me. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean with hot water, and the proximity to Plaza Norte made catching the bus easy. The price‑to‑quality ratio was good. The curtains weren’t very blackout, and the place was noisy.
