The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, breakfast was tasty, and the location was excellent. The towels had stains, which was noticeable and uncomfortable; we asked for replacements and received clean ones, which we appreciated.

Verónica gave excellent service, the bed and bathroom were good, but the building is actually a student residence and only one room was available, which is the one they assigned to me.
