The room was spacious and clean, but breakfast should stay open longer and the staff were not very friendly.

The front‑desk ladies were super friendly and welcoming, even calling us shortly after check‑in to confirm everything was fine. The room was clean and updated, breakfast was decent, and there was plenty of free parking. However, the pillows were very small and uncomfortable, and the shower’s water pressure was a bit low.

The staff were great. On my second night, people in an adjoining room stayed loud and foul‑mouthed from about 8 PM until 3:30 AM, slamming doors. The front‑desk staff—specifically Asja and Jennifer—were kind enough to give me a different room for my third night. I was in town to help a family member who was a patient at WMC, but I didn’t know about the reduced room rate available for WMC patients. The price was outrageous!!!
