The location is good, the staff are friendly, breakfast is great, and the rooms are a decent size. The bathroom door does not provide privacy.

They welcomed us warmly, explained all the reservation details, and gave plenty of suggestions for city and outside activities; the hotel is pretty and fully equipped, the room was very comfortable, letting us rest well for the next day, and for those used to large cities like CDMX, the description saying it’s a bit far from the center is misleading—there are two tram stations just a 2‑minute walk away and the center is super easy and quick to reach; highly recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel a bit away from the city centre. The rooms and facilities were good, and the staff were excellent. The hotel is expensive, so the value for money was not great, but it is Switzerland where prices are eye‑watering. The value for money issue, such as being charged 10 Swiss francs for a bottle of water.

“Which I never selected the hotel”

Except for two very arrogant, undressed, short staff members, we felt like an effort to answer our questions. The photos on Bookings.com did not reflect the true size of the rooms; they were much smaller than presented and looked less appealing.
