The front desk and valet teams were excellent and very helpful, but the roof refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly—things stayed around 45–50 degrees even though the setting was about 35.

The location is great, but the valet left my car door open with the engine running and told me “It’s Birmingham, it’s fine.” That’s not acceptable. The restaurant service was terrible: wrong dishes, no drinks, repeated mistakes, no follow‑up, and it was slow even though the place wasn’t busy. For the price, the service should have been better.

The location works, but the outlets next to the bed didn’t work and the thermostat stuck at 72 even after setting it to 67. The gym floor was slick, so whatever cleaner they use is wrong, and the women’s restroom near the gym was infested with bugs coming from the drain—on walls, toilet, mirror, and sink. Definitely not a $655.00 a night facility!
