From the moment I checked into room 109, I reported the unpleasant odor to the front desk and the supervisor, but their only suggestion was to cancel the booking we had made together, which I refused. They told me if it was inconvenient I could leave, but the entire room smelled like fried oil from the kitchen, even reaching the bathroom through the plumbing. In room 109 there is a small door to the bathroom plumbing next to the toilet, but it no longer has a seal, so the fried oil smell floods the guest area. When I left, all my clothes carried that greasy fried oil scent, a total disrespect toward a paying customer who pays a high price for services that turned out to be miserable.
