The location is great, with a market and several restaurants nearby, so you can walk around the historic center or take the metro, which was also super easy! I stayed in room Giulia, which was spacious, with two small balconies facing the back, which was great because it was very quiet. The walls and furniture needed better maintenance, but since I was there at the end of the season it might have been due to the high flow of guests during peak season!

Definitely the best part was the location a block from the Colosseum (we could see it when going to the shop, pharmacy, crossing the street). The Monti neighborhood is very pretty and has everything within walking distance—restaurants, gelateria, shops, pharmacy, etc. I liked not needing a key to access the hotel because they give you a code to enter, so I didn’t have to carry a key anywhere. The housekeeping did daily cleaning and the host was very nice, giving us recommendations on where to walk to see nicer areas, even bringing back a bracelet my daughter forgot after check‑out, so the cleaning staff and overall are super trustworthy even without a safe. They were always attentive to us (traveling with my 15‑year‑old daughter) and the space is more than perfect for our stay. It has air‑conditioning, which we valued a lot because we had hot days, and on the one rainy day they even lent us an umbrella. Highly recommended! The only downside was sending the welcome message and access codes via WhatsApp, because I had many emails and it was hard to find it. Maybe sending it a day before arrival would make it easier, but the email does arrive so it’s just a matter of staying alert.

Location 10/10 right by the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Within walking distance to other attractions. Checked in after 2 pm and was left instructions to gain access to the property. WhatsApp Flaminia and she replied within minutes. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Nothing to dislike.
