I had a good time overall, but there were a few things that could be better.

The location was good, close to the E4. I walked into my room and started eating dinner I had bought, tired and hungry after a long drive. Then I inspected the room. My hand/face towel was full of powder/cream, i.e. not washed/changed. I then checked the bed for bedbugs, etc. When I lifted the decorative pillow there was a mouse! I went straight to the receptionist and asked for a new room because of this. The strangest thing was that she wasn’t even surprised by the mouse!? I got a new room and went to it. It was completely filthy, a visitor had left everything, food cartons, etc., the bed was unmade and the room was entirely untidy. I went in a third time, somewhat irritated, and got a third room; this time the receptionist had to go there first to see that it was habitable. The third room was livable, but the interior was old and poorly arranged in terms of power outlets, etc. I will never book here again.
