The location and vibe of the hotel were great; I loved the decor and the staff were friendly and always smiling. The restaurant options were brilliant and the room was spotless every day, with excellent cleaners. Breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the honeycomb. The bracelets instead of room cards were very convenient. The Cuyo restaurant could have been better; the service and food were not as good as the other options.

I liked everything about the property – the staff were super helpful and polite, the best so far in Ibiza. Clean rooms with cool design, close to the beach, great restaurants, great breakfast. Special thanks to Natia and Ruth for an amazing guest experience. Hasta pronto!

Amazing staff were super helpful with any questions and requests I had, the room was gorgeous and the soaps were great, and the property itself was beautiful with pools and beach access that were never too full, always leaving space for me on a bed. The bed was super squeaky unfortunately and the AC was super cold even at the lowest setting at 24 degrees, while the elevators were a little annoying too because there’s only two of them.
