We booked online and when we arrived there were no rooms left, so they upgraded us, which was a nice gesture, but overall the place was pretty rough and we had to make do.

I get that the hotel is under renovation, so that explains a lot.

I’m still waiting for my refund—it's been 2 months—and they cancelled my reservation, charged me, and won’t give me a replacement; Oyo South and booking are a mess.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location and friendly staff during my visit. As a plumber, I understood why the hot water took a while to arrive, but I was in a room with stairs that were rough on my feet. Despite a few drawbacks, including a price that seemed steep, I managed to have a mostly okay stay.

I was quite disappointed with my stay as the room wasn't cleaned properly, which was really frustrating. However, the main issue I had was feeling unsafe during my time there. Overall, it was a letdown.
