“Quase uma noite de terror”
The hotel is well located, clean, organized, with courteous staff. Unfortunately there was no elevator, which was a problem for my mother who uses a left‑leg prosthesis and had to climb stairs. The breakfast started at 6:30 am, but I had a commitment at 7 am, so there wasn’t enough time to get there if I wanted coffee. The staff didn’t check the room beforehand; when we entered, there was trash in the bathroom, trash in the room, leftover food, no bedding, and no bathrobe. I had to point it out, but they were helpful and swapped our room, apologizing for not inspecting it earlier. Otherwise, the room we ended up in was clean, fragrant, with bedding in the proper bag.
“Muito boa quero voltar mais vezes”
The staff were very hospitable and the breakfast was great, but I wished there had been a covered parking lot.
“satisfeito com o atendimento”
Everything was very good, tasty and satisfying, but I didn’t like the bed or the bathroom much, though overall I was fine.
The breakfast was good, but the bathroom left something to be desired.
“Excelente custo benefício.”
Everything was perfect, yet the parking felt cramped.
