“This is where I stay when traveling in Chico”
Location is great near the mall and lots of food choices nearby. Nothing that I did not like

It was easy to find and close to food options, but the pillows and bed were hard.

Tess at the front desk was an absolute gem! Great customer service! The hotel was extremely well kept! Our room was very comfortable and clean!. The pool hours. The pool and jacuzzi don't open until 9am. We were looking forward to an early morning dip, but unfortunately could not. Lastly, it is very humid in the pool area. Maybe better ventilation needed

The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly, but the pillows were a major let‑down—they were extremely uncomfortable.

Todo estaba limpio, el desayuno era bueno y el personal ofrecía una atención excelente.
