I had a blast at the cute zoo, the rooms were comfy, parking was a breeze, and the splash pool was a nice touch. The only thing that bothered me was the window in the bathroom—could they add a curtain? It felt a bit odd while showering.

The animals were adorable and you could feel the staff’s care. The room’s décor let me see the fish in the lower pool, which was super fun. The deluxe twin’s bathroom was spacious, with a big tub that the whole family could soak in. The hair dryer was old‑fashioned, the breakfast selection was thin and forgettable, and the outdoor pool was icy with no lifeguard.

The four‑person suite was large with high ceilings, reasonably clean and comfortable, and the four single beds kept us from disturbing each other; the big windows offered beautiful views without any privacy worries. The pool and the zoo were well maintained, and the bathroom was nice, with one of the rooms featuring a large bathtub. However, the front‑desk staff had a very sour attitude, acting as if we were a nuisance the moment we stepped into the lobby for check‑in, answering questions coldly and offering no orientation despite the heavy rain, which fell far short of resort‑level service, though the zoo staff were pleasant.

You can watch the fish right from the room, but the restaurant shut its doors at 5:00, leaving nothing to eat; there was no toilet paper in the room, an extra child was charged without an extra bed, and the stay didn’t include access to the small animals, requiring a separate ticket purchase.
