The rooms that open onto the grass are lovely, and free parking is a big plus. The area is quiet yet close to main roads and the metro. I chose not to eat at the restaurant because since my last visit the menu now says all meat dishes are halal, and I believe halal is a cruel process that shouldn’t be allowed in Australia, so I avoid all restaurants for that reason.

The room was spacious, clean, with a comfy bed and sofa. Because our room is on the top floor, there was no patio, which was disappointing since the listing said the room had a patio when I booked.

The property was lovely with a beautiful lake view, and I was very impressed with the room for the price – I’ll definitely stay here again. Everything was easy and comfortable, the staff were very nice, and there were no problems.
