The staff were friendly, but the ice machine on our second‑floor was broken, as was the one on the main floor. One of the two elevators was out of service the entire stay, and at 9 pm on Thursday night there was no hot water when we returned. The phone in the room didn’t work for reporting problems, and the hallway rugs were filthy.

The building’s exterior looked okay, but we never stayed because they wouldn’t give us the king room we had booked; adults and children were still in the hallways after 9 pm. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and the staff kept pushing a two‑queen room on us.

Location and staff. We made a reservation a couple weeks in advance. When we arrived at approximately 630 pm we were told that our room was no longer available because Hampton had over sold the rooms. We explained that we had a confirmation to which the employee stated he could see we had booked a room with 2 queen beds but it just sold. After several minutes he said there was a room available with a king bed however we were with our children which made the stay absolutely uncomfortable

The gym was solid, but the housekeeping team never cleaned the room or replaced towels when we asked.
