The guesthouse has a great spot, everything is within walking distance. The two rooms on the second floor are suitable for solo travelers and match the standard of 3‑star apartments without service in less affluent countries.

We stayed here for an extended period and were satisfied with the choice. The host was very kind and helpful: our flight arrived at night, and she arranged a smooth late check‑in and greeted us immediately upon arrival. The accommodation matches the description entirely. A big plus was the shared kitchen, which was essential for us since we cooked and reheated breakfasts and dinners regularly—very convenient and budget‑saving. The location is excellent and practical; all key city spots are within walking distance. The medical pavilion and springs are close and easy to reach. A lake is just a few minutes away, and the main local attractions, including the White Cave, are also quickly accessible on foot. The room with a balcony was clean, Wi‑Fi worked well, and the internet connection was good for watching TV; the bed was comfortable. A good price‑to‑quality option in Xanthou. Highly recommend. The only wish is to have a mirror in the bathroom.

Excellent location, close to the market and shops. The room is magnificent—brand new, clean, with everything needed. The bed is large and comfortable. The balcony is spacious.

The room was nice with a small balcony overlooking the garden. Nino, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. It offered good value for the price. Definitely recommend.
