The bed was very comfortable, but the hair on the bathroom floor, the stained curtains and chairs, and the scratched and chipped walls made the stay less enjoyable.

The location was great, the place was very clean, and there was a boiler for tea and coffee in the room, but there was no room service and the menu was limited to only what could be ordered in the room.

The breakfast was very tasty, the location was excellent, and parking for the car was safe.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the bathroom was good, yet the staff’s welcome felt cold and unfriendly, they didn’t explain the benefits of staying at the hotel such as the Salzburg card, and although the hotel is well connected by bus, it isn’t within walking distance.
