The river view from my room and the calm atmosphere of the venue were nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom tiles were slippery.

The transit for a single night was acceptable, but it wouldn't work for a longer stay. The shower area was unclear.

I like being able to pay for room service with cash as a second option, and at Carousel they still have charger points in rooms for phones, shavers, and the like. Everything else is fine.

The rooms were very clean, but breakfast is not included in the room rate.
