The staff were excellent, helping with everything we requested. The rooms matched the photos, were spotless, and had a cool aesthetic. The location is convenient, only a 10‑minute walk from major sights and close to the city walls for excursions. Having visited Marrakech many times, I highly recommend Catalina. I can’t think of any negatives; the staff were always friendly, and the hotel was clean and tidy.

The Riad is wonderful, with attentive local staff who pay great attention to detail, and it’s situated in the Medina, close to many attractions.

The staff were friendly and very flexible, handling everything we could possibly need, which pleasantly surprised us. The location was fantastic, and we loved the calm, slow pace. Breakfast was especially peaceful, surrounded by greenery, animals, and birdsong. The staff were sweet, smiling, and helpful. We would have liked a glass of wine inside Riad Catalina, but the riad doesn’t serve alcohol at all, which wasn’t a deal‑breaker. We also missed enough pool towels, and the entrance to the riad felt a bit dim, though we always felt safe.

We hebben werkelijk een fantastische week gehad in Marrakesh in Riad Catalina. Het Riad ziet er supermooi authentiek uit en het zwembad is heerlijk. Over het personeel is er maar 1 woord wat past, geweldig. Nadia beantwoord al je vragen en zij en haar staf zorgen er voor dat je niet te kort komt. Mohamed heeft ook ons hart gestolen. Deze jongen weet precies wat hospitality werkt maar de rest van het personeel is zeker net zo geweldig. Op onze laatste dag waren wij 25 jaar getrouwd en kregen wij ‘s morgens een heerlijke taart bij het ontbijt en mochten wij de laatste nacht overnachten in de Royal suite. Nadia en staf, Ontzettend bedankt voor de fijne tijd en jullie ongekende gastvrijheid. ❤️. Ik zou het niet weten
