The location is great and the views of the lake are expectacular. You can hear the noise from the other rooms. I was in the 1st floor and could hear the steps from the flor on top. Also when people were talking near by

The property sits nicely in Panajachel, the room is spacious and clean, and the staff are very friendly, but I paid for breakfast even though I booked it as included.
