The hotel’s service was excellent, both during and after my stay, as the staff actively helped me with a problem I had. The service was flawless and the rooms were very good. The location is unbeatable, almost facing the plaza, and there’s a taxi stop on the corner. Thanks to Álvaro, Ulises, Camila, and Alejo for the Santiago hospitality. I’ll come back.

The best thing about the hotel is its location, especially if you need to move around the city center. The elevators are very slow, and worse, one of them was broken the entire stay. The hotel’s parking is extremely limited; I had to leave my car in a parking lot three blocks away and pay for it separately. Breakfast is okay but not outstanding. The price paid is exorbitant for the level of service offered.

Only one elevator worked, the card to open the room kept malfunctioning, the parking service was exhausted, you had to rent elsewhere, they should have a parking agreement, it’s impossible that the rate they charge doesn’t include parking, apps like.mininimomyoubtube couldn’t be seen, etc.

The breakfast was fine. The hotel is old, with only one functioning elevator.

The location is great. For an international hotel chain, it would have helped to have some English‑speaking staff.
