The room was compact and simple but had everything needed; there were plenty of amenities, especially the first time I saw disposable slippers. Breakfast had a wide variety, which was good. The doorman was on duty and carried my luggage to the room at check‑in. The shower was hard to use; no matter how hard I tried, water splashed around the toilet area and the bath mat got soaked. I reached out to the booking platform and the hotel for help, but both responded with the same generic template, no acknowledgement, no investigation, and no apology, which was hard to believe.

The location is perfect, right next to the metro station, and it takes 10‑15 minutes to reach the city center.

The room was a good size. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly across from a metro station. The hotel bar was closed while we were there, no reason was given, and there are no bars nearby.
