“HOTEL EMBASSY AMAZING HOTEL AT A LOW PRICE AND EXCELLENT LOCATION”

The staff were absolutely amazing, and the in‑house restaurant served the best food at really good prices! The rooms were very clean with excellent free Wi‑Fi, and hot water for showers never ran out. I highly recommend this hotel because it sits in the center of town at MARKET PLACE, close to everything—including a large supermarket where you can buy what you need. Getting an Uber to the airport is quick and very cheap, around $8 USD. If you want to take a bus into Tanzania, the bus station is only a 5‑minute walk away for a 6‑hour shuttle to Arusha and Mt. Kilimanjaro for about $20 USD—great price! All was amazing!

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The room was located at the back, making it quiet. However, the bathroom fixtures were poor and broken.

The location is convenient for a professional mission to KICC, the University of Nairobi, and the surrounding area. Many facilities are nearby, including a supermarket, an artisan market just opposite, Jamia mosque within walking distance, and several shops, banks, and service offices. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Shela at reception. The price is reasonable and the restaurant serves halal food. The building has no lift (four floors), so you must climb stairs if you can; there is no air‑conditioning in the room, but a fan can be requested on demand.

“Relatively comfortable”

The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering various payment options. The location is close to City Market and within the city centre, with minimal noise at night. The facilities were old, mosquito nets were dirty, there was no water in the showers, and no hot water.
