The location, the décor, the terrace even though it lacks umbrellas, good bedding, and quiet. The breakfast was disappointing, the coffee was lukewarm, there were no fruits, and it was a shame it wasn’t served on the terrace or earlier. The shower taps were stuck, and the room carpet was dirty.

The riad was in a good spot and the breakfast was great, with friendly staff. However, the room rugs weren’t very clean, there was a smell in the room, and the bedside lamps didn’t work the first night and never got fixed.

Raid is beautiful, the staff is enthusiastic, they answer questions gladly, and breakfast is great.

After staying here for 12 years, I’m disappointed to see how much it has deteriorated; the once‑top‑rated road in Marrakesh has fallen apart, and the management feels careless. The kettle in the room is useless without milk or tea bags, and there’s no bottled water provided. The upstairs is filthy, offering only two worn sunbeds, and the shower is broken, leaving the bathroom soaked whenever I use it. It’s a real shame.
