The location is nice. Small but clean and pretty. We rented the place because we saw it had luggage storage and needed that service as our flight was late. But it didn’t have it; in fact, we barely saw any staff because they were only at the reception for a few hours. We had to pay elsewhere to store our bags. They should remove that item from the services offered.

The central location, the size of the room, and being close to the center and local spots are positives. The reception is 24 h and the luggage storage is safe.

The location is near the center. The heat pump wasn’t working and the phone stopped functioning; for the price I paid I expected a room with a better view.

Great central location, close to the bus stop. Beds mattress was extremely worn and uncomfortable , ac didn’t work, the mattress also had stains and hairs all over it, towels smelled old and stale and the room we had looked like a psychiatric ward. We also tried messaging the emergency contact because of the ac situation and got no reply (so much for an emergency contact)
