The room was excellent. We had stayed at Hotel Nougier a few years back and enjoyed a fabulous dinner, but this time there was no staff, just one waiter who handled everything and the menu was only average. The wait was terrible: we booked for 7:30 pm but didn’t get anything for more than an hour until all the other diners were seated. It was nothing like the previous experience in terms of food and service. We will not return, sadly.
