The front‑desk officer botched my check‑in, so we never stayed. Because they cancelled my reservation as a no‑show, I haven’t received a refund.

“Everything was fine”

Breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy but sufficient. The property was clean and the check‑in process was smooth. The door had no “do not disturb” sign.

“Not remodeled or clean but staff was friendly”

I expected the Ramada to look newly renovated, but it didn’t—except perhaps for some accessories. There were very few outlets and the shower had a quirky activation method that required staff assistance. The room was dirty, the shower and water pressure were poor.

I liked the woman who checked us in. When I went to check out I was told I had to make an additional payment and wasn’t allowed to check out and leave until I made another payment. I went back and forth with management for 2 hours and I ended up having to make another payment additional payment before I could leave. I missed my appointment due to this which I was very displeased with. I will not stay here again

The staff that was there was friendly. They were understaffed. My kids enjoyed the pool. I had to view 5 rooms before I found one that was clean. The room they originally gave us had dirty chairs and I found a bug under the mattress. The free breakfast was a joke. They had oatmeal pies, some kind of breakfast bread and cereal with no milk. We ended up going to McDonald's. When I went to adjust the air conditioning temperature baby roaches were crawling out of the air conditioning unit. We checked out early
