The staff were friendly and polite. There was no water supply in the room, so I couldn’t use the toilet, shower, wash my face, or brush my teeth. No one informed us beforehand about the water outage (though online info said it had been shut off long before we booked), we only found out upon arrival. We were denied any monetary compensation for the inconvenience.
