“Excellent hotel and location, for the old town of Chalons, with OUTSTANDING restaurants.”

This hotel was excellent, especially its outstanding location in the old town of Chalons. The restaurant is outstanding and absolutely not to be missed – I’ll definitely return. The only issue was limited parking on site; we had a Peugeot 5008 SUV, but we managed to fit it into the last space, and since we checked out late, there was no problem leaving. Just be warned about the small space and the fact that no parking reservations are accepted.

The Bistro was excellent, both in food and service. Parking can be tricky, so it’s worth booking in advance because local public parking is expensive. No other issues.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. Dinner at Les Temps Changent was excellent – you must book. All staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. A car park is handy, though space is limited, and it’s easily accessed from the autoroute. We’ll keep coming back!
