Good location. The staff were reluctant.

Location and the reception staff. We were charged a small fee for a towel that was also very old, and we were also charged for a small rug that adds nothing to the room, just an excuse to charge extra. Finally, parking is a pain, it’s far and the process of getting in and out with luggage is tedious, especially with small children.

The best part was how everything was so beautiful, accessible and excellent in every way. I just wish I could have stayed more nights.

The only highlight was the location. The room was dark, even on bright days, and felt oppressive when I arrived, turning into a night. It was quite depressing.
