“Hotel indegno, ci hanno derubato”

The staff’s lack of seriousness and professionalism was shocking. We forgot the safe that was locked with keys and money inside; when we realized it, we called the hotel and only days later were told that nothing was in the safe. We kept asking for the manager, but he was never available. It’s unbelievable that a Hilton hotel has such unreliable staff and no solid protocol for opening safes that makes procedures clear. We felt tricked, and that’s not how you treat guests! They should be ashamed!

“ALBERGO SCANDALOSO”

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of seriousness and professionalism from the staff. We left keys and cash in the safe that was locked with a code, yet they insisted nothing was inside. The manager was always out of reach, and the staff seemed complicit. Hilton really let me down; the team should be vetted more carefully and the management must be beyond doubt. This is a scandal!

The place was spotless and the staff were attentive, the room was comfortable and had every amenity. The only downside was that there was no lobby.

The room was in good shape, the bed was excellent, comfortable, and everything was very clean. The view from the room could have been better.

The spot! Central Park is a 10‑minute walk from the hotel. 5th Avenue shopping is just around the corner, and there are many restaurants nearby. I’d recommend dinner at Le Rock!
