“Would never stay here again”

We stayed here about eight years ago and had a great experience, so we were surprised by how worn down the hotel felt this time; it does not appear to have been updated or maintained to the same standard. The location was convenient, and our room was reasonably clean, but the noise and different smells along the hallways made the stay uncomfortable. We also hadn’t expected the hotel to have long‑term residents; children and pets were frequently in the hallways and elevators. Walking through the shared hallways felt more like being in an apartment complex, and at times we felt as though we were intruding on someone else’s living space. At over $200 a night, it did not feel like good value. Our only interaction with staff was a brief check‑in, and we were never greeted or made to feel welcome during the rest of our stay. Based on this experience, we would not stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and my room was cleaned every day; the breakfast was very good and the food staff were friendly and helpful, and everything else was great.

The chicken sausage at breakfast was a highlight 😂, everything else was fine, but the phone didn’t work.

“My stay of 1/2 a night was to short.Will be back”

The location is cool and quiet, and even though my stay was short it left a lasting impression; the staff were very polite and friendly upon arrival and explained all the hotel services, including breakfast.
