Everything was great from start to finish, and I owe a huge thank you to Koktem Burabay. No one warned me that ordering a salmon steak would force me to eat an extra eight mussels and zucchini, or that I would try the best rib‑eye steak I’ve ever had, or that the breakfasts were so visually stunning and delicious. No one told me the staff would be the most pleasant. The staff quietly knocked and offered cleaning; I declined because the room was already clean, but they suggested at least changing the water and tea. I didn’t like that none of this was warned about in advance and I had to experience it spontaneously.

The location is convenient 🙌 not for young people, quiet rest… The smell inside the building is old.

I liked the location, so I chose this hotel. I needed a room with a bathtub, but I didn’t like that the ads didn’t say that bathtubs were only in the luxury rooms. Also the staff didn’t reply to my message right away.

“Ужас Бурабая”

The location and the private parking are good. This is a nightmare: in the hotel we were almost alone, they gave us room 202 with a child, God, how dirty it was, sand, trash, footprints, baseboards falling off, the linoleum is worn out. In the bathroom the toilet is wobbly, the tiles are falling, mold… In the morning the breakfast staff was 20 minutes late. They gave us cold bread, apparently from yesterday, from the fridge. The porridge was decent, a small cut of vegetables, tea from a packet.
