Nice spot, perfect for relaxing, everything I liked. Until a waitress named Svieta appeared, everything ran smoothly; just two days were missing and then chaos erupted. Everyone has to pick up their own stuff because I don’t know the names and would like to try what I see.

The hot pools and planned treatments are comprehensive, the room is very clean, and the dinner is very healthy, fitting the hotel’s style. However, there was no water in the room, which is absolutely essential, especially on the fourth floor if you forget to grab it at the bar—there’s a minibar in the room, but at least one bottle of water and an extra pillow per person would be useful.
