The location is fine. Privacy was breached, and when I spoke to the owner there was no sympathy for the fact that people entered the room without consent.

The rooms were clean, roomy, and a 15‑20 minute walk brought you straight into Christchurch city, with cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby, earning a perfect 10.0/10.

Good location only 20 minutes walk to the centre for all shops & restaurants. Clean tidy, super comfy bed and a great bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Road noise

The shower was nice and hot with good pressure, but the location next to a very busy road made it hard to request a ground‑floor room for my hip, and the room, though tidy, felt dated, giving a 6.0/10.
