“We loved it!”

Amazing neighborhood and great that we could use the owners bike for free. Good recommendations of local restaurants. It’s a little damp because it’s a basement and one of the rooms only has a tiny window.

Quite spacious and modern, with outdoor space and bicycles at our disposal. We had the chance to talk with the owner who lives above, and he was always very helpful and friendly. It was an excellent stay!

We really liked the location. We could ride the provided bikes into the city. We received bikes. Parking in front of the house. Nature‑close, good relaxation time between the busy city of Amsterdam.

I stayed in a colorful flower garden, with a lovely canal and seating areas right outside the house. The transport links are excellent and it’s perfect for families. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Paul!

“Haus mit Seele”

This place really has soul. It’s far enough from the mass tourism but still well connected – you can reach all attractions in 30 minutes by public transport. You experience everyday Amsterdam life here: bike to the city in the morning, then enjoy a relaxed sunset in the afternoon. The kids can explore the area on their own. The house is well equipped; oil, sugar, coffee pods are provided. The washing machine lets us travel light. Bikes are free, and the host even arranged a kids’ bike for us – very attentive! The rooms are tastefully and practically designed, with a thoughtful layout and separate sleeping areas. In the evening it’s very quiet, everything is set for a restful sleep. A 10‑star stay would have required the toilet and shower to be separate and a dishwasher. The mattresses were too soft for us, but that’s a matter of taste. These are small issues; I still recommend the place and would gladly return.
