The hotel’s location and the restaurant’s food and staff behavior were good, but a drawn fly kept landing on our balcony for about 15 to 30 minutes and invaded our privacy; when we asked reception, they said the fly was used by a room guest and that the hotel management deleted the recorded contents, which still shocked me. The management should be transparent and tell every occupant before I approached reception.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful and peaceful, especially in the morning and evening; the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making it a pleasant and memorable stay. The only downside was the limited space in the bathroom, especially around the shower.

The location was best and superb, yet the cleanliness was lacking: towels were dirty, stinky, and just folded used ones; the toilet tank filled very slowly; breakfast had stale and fermented cut fruits, cold food, and very little variety for the price charged.
