The location is superb, yet the AC wasn’t working and there was no response after complaining. The washroom fittings are in horrible condition; the washbasin tap and toilet seat were broken. Overall, the staff was unprofessional and the ambience is shabby with zero maintenance.

The staff and food are nice, but the room is very old yet cleaned. There is no lift, making it difficult for elderly people.

The place is well situated along the Mandovi river, just 7 kilometres from Panjim market, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was decent, and the staff—from security to front office, the restaurant, and housekeeping—were all extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel has only one restaurant, but the food quality is good. On the downside, the rooms feel very basic: there’s no proper storage or place to hang clothes or store luggage, except for putting them directly on the floor. Even a single small wardrobe lacks a hanger rack. The bathrooms don’t have proper shower cubicles, so waterlogged the floor after a bath, which was unpleasant. The balcony has two plastic chairs and a plastic table, but there’s no seating option inside the room.
