Booking and check‑in were fine, nothing else.
“I enjoyed it, I was there for work and it was functional - Dinner was excellent”
Room 226 was spacious, comfortable, and had all the essentials; the bathroom had a little mould in the shower but otherwise fine, and there were plenty of towels. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was okay, though a wider selection and fresher bread instead of packaged loaves would have been nicer. The TV was broken (I didn’t bother to report it because I was exhausted), the carpet looked worn and could use a clean‑up, and the fridge had no water—just a small bottle would have sufficed.
Very quiet, super friendly and helpful staff, but no number listed to dial reception or kitchen easily on the phone itself or paperwork in the room—confusing.
