The room was spacious and the hotel’s Santa Fe colors were appealing; the bed and shower were comfortable, and it was close to restaurants, a shopping mall, I‑25, and downtown Santa Fe, with plenty of free parking; however, the connecting door let you hear the TV and people in the adjacent room, no extra cleaning was possible because of staff shortages, and the breakfast offered only high‑carb items.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, the pool was spotless, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, yet the bathtub had a crack at the bottom and the bed was uncomfortable.
